The quality of the video you will see depends on the speed of your connection.
All of our videos are encoded for 28.8 modems, 56k modems, and 256k DSL modems. Your RealPlayer will automatically choose the right one during playback.
Slower connecrtions look jumpy and have a fair amount of video drop-out, though the sound still comes through OK. We will be offering other formats later on so you can download the videos and view them from the files on your own computer, giving you the fully encoded clips.

If you already have a RealPlayer but it tells you need a plug-in, the file you need is called "RealPlayer Plugin" or "RealPlayerG2 Plugin".

If your RealPlayer launches but you get get an error message saying that RealPlayercould not find the clip or that it is outdated, this is incorrect. You will see a long "path" which includes a reference to your PC in the error message. This is a known glitch with Internet Explorer. Clear your browser cache and try the link again, or try viewing the clip with QuickTime.
